1. How long do the mink lashes last?
-With proper care, lashes can be reused up to 30 times each pair.
2. Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
-Yes!
3. How long will it take to ship my order?
-Please allow at least 24-48 hours to process any orders for shipment. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days of the purchase date.
4. Do you offer a pick up option for products?
-Yes. At this time, we do offer products to be picked up at one location. Pick up days will be on Fridays only.
5. How do you ship? What’s the shipping policy?
-All orders are shipped via USPS. Please track your order with the provided tracking number and contact USPS if any delays or errors occur after your package is no longer with Avauria Beauty. We are not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge an additional shipping fee.
Return/refund policy:
Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. We make all efforts to ensure that we double check items before they are shipped out or delivered. Items cannot be resold once sent to a customer. We value the integrity of our products and don’t want to put our customers at risk. However, refunds will ONLY be offered if an incorrect item was sent you. Once we verify your order, against the products you received, we will work quickly to get you the correct items. In this situation, you will be allowed to keep the incorrect item(s) and we will send you the correct item(s) in return. If you have received the wrong product, please send an email to avauriabeauty@gmail.com or text us at 252-508-9601 so that we may process this as soon as possible.
